Located in the quaint working fishing village of Staithes, on the Yorkshire Heritage and Yorkshire Jurassic coast, within the North York Moors National Park.
Staithes was the home to James Cook and gave him the first true taste of the sea before he moved to join the navy in Whitby.
Once home to the largest fishing fleet of 'cobble' fishing boats , the tradition continues with several fishing boats and families living and working in the village.
The scenic Cleveland way footpath runs through the heart of the village making it an ideal destination to stop over during the walk.
