Situated high in a subsidiary valley to the Esk valley, the view
from all the vans is breathtaking, giving clear views across the
moors all the way to Whitby and the Sea. Hardly any traffic ventures
up into the valley and as a result the only sounds heard are baas
and moos from the sheep and cows. Enjoy total peace, quiet and lovely views. See deer, buzzards, red kites, owls, pheasants, hares, and lots of rabbits!
A well kept lawn surrounds the vans and provides an extensive children's
play area, with swings, toys and a sand pit. Garden chairs &
furniture are provided for each van.

Comment: We stayed here with our 3 children in August and would highly recommend it. The location is idyllic with beautiful views and such peace and quiet. The caravan was exceptionally clean, with everything we needed and the play equipment was safe, close by and perfect for our children of varying ages. They are usually wary of dogs, but soon fell in love with Ivy, who often came down to see us and enjoyed a game of fetch. Sue was an amazing host and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She even put herself out to help us when we had car troubles, for which we are immensely grateful as it saved our holiday. She went over and above with other little touches too & it made the holiday that bit more special. The only other thing to mention is the double bed in the caravan - it's the comfiest we've ever slept on. Thanks again Sue.

Comment: What an amazing place to stay! Great views, peace and quiet but near enough to get to Whitby easily. Sue made me and my family feel very welcome and was always on hand if we needed anything. Accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. My children loved the location on the farm and found the cows very interesting. The playpark on site was great and they made a very good relationship with Ivy the farm dog! Thankyou for a lovely holiday Sue.
