Looking out of the window you can just see the North Sea to the left over the glorious rolling country side.

Back into the entrance room, where you can enter into the small but fully fitted kitchen, with full sized electric oven with 4 hobs, full sized fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron, pans and cooking equipment, etc.

Leading into the large dining room you will find a table and chairs, welsh dresser housing the crockery, which is M&S Ashbury design, with Kings head cutlery and ample wine glasses. A wooden floor compliments this room. The large window again looks out over the rolling country-side with the North Sea just visible; the two smaller windows look out over the country-side. There will be a welcome tray set for your arrival.

The bathroom has an electric towel rail, full sized bath, hand basin, toilet and electric shower enclosure. This room is completely tiled out.

Now take one step down into the cosy twin bedded bedroom again this room has a wooden floor, with bedside rugs, bedside cabinets, table lamps, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. The twin beds also offer under bed storage if needed. Matching bedding compliments the country feel of this property. The window looks out to the side of the garden.

Now enter the spacious lounge. This room has a 3 seat, and 2 seat settees, with a foot stool, and coffee table. The large remote colour T.V has a DVD connected, with free sat. The glazed cabinet houses games, local information and books for your enjoyment. There is a modern pebble effect gas fire for those cooler evenings.

The two smaller windows look out over the country-side, with the glazed garden room leading off from the lounge, where you can sit and look out over the large garden, towards Danby and Westerdale.

Walking out of the garden room onto the patio area, you will find a garden table and chairs for your alfresco eating on those balmy evenings. The garden is mostly a grassed area, with shrubs around the perimeter.
