At Adnama the focus is on your health and wellbeing using Nutritional Therapy, which is the use of nutritional science to promote health, optimal functioning and wellbeing of the individual. This allows me to work with the individual to address nutritional imbalance and help support the body towards maintaining health using a functional medicine approach.
